You will find all types of knife crowns for your shredder in standardized sizes of 20x20mm, 30x30mm, 40x40mm, 50x50mm, 60x60mm, 80x80mm, 100x100mm, 120x120mm… and optimized in different forms and individually adapted for the most varied applications.

Knife crowns with a pronounced hollow groove for example, are mostly used for achieving a sharp cut at the material, inclined hollow grooves with high thread give greater stability and the effect of using the knife crown as long as possible.

Due to our global supplier network, we are able to offer a broad product range in terms of materials, offering the possibility to achieve optimum service life with different recycling material. Case-hardened knife crowns offer an extremely high level of break resistance and are always a good choice in case of shredding material with a high fraction of contamination. Hardened knife crowns however, offer a long service life and high performance in the shredder, but should only be used for material with a low fraction of contamination.

Of course we also offer individual designs and modifications adapted to the individual wear. Together with many customers, we have already developed optimal solutions for specific requirements in the machines. Special construction as for example carbide tipped knife crowns are a favorite of our engineering department. Of course, also the related knife holders can also be adjusted accordingly.
